Trail Information
Full Review: What you won't find in Millard Canyon is a dramatic
torrent of fluid gushing over the side of a sharp-edged cliff. The waterfall
here is more subtle than most: a misty wave creeping down two intersecting
canyon walls. Water hugs the sides of the concave cliff, forming rainbows in
the pool below. Everyone loves this hike.
After you park in the day use lot, walk back out the parking area and
continue down the gated road to Millard Campground. As you walk past the
tent sites, look for a sign on the right that points you to the falls. Take
this path into the narrow, shaded canyon, over boulders, across the creek
several times, to the falls. Stand at the base and you'll feel a breeze push
downward with the spray.
